Thank you for visiting my website! Currently, I am an elementary school Assistant Principal and the Gifted Education Program of Accelerated Curriculum & Enrichment (PACE) program coordinator in Community Unit School District 200 in Wheaton, Illinois. My educational background includes a B.A. from Yale University, a M.A.T. and an Ed. S. from National-Louis University, and a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School.
Several years ago, I discovered the joy of working with children when I stepped away from the legal profession to raise a family. At that time, I began writing and performing children’s songs in the community, and found that working among children brought me happiness. So, I began my journey in elementary education and became an educator.
My blog explores a variety of topics related to teaching, educational leadership, and gifted education. I hope you will enjoy this collection of my reflections as a life-long learner in the challenging, inspiring, and creative world of education.
